Sydney’s Birthday

By now you are wondering what stamp set is this?  This card is for my granddaughter Sydney and I thought this stamp would fit her perfectly. It's a non-SU stamp set and I can't remember where I bought it.

I won't post very many non-SU cards but I thought this card was too cute to pass up.
