Sweet Floral

Hi Stampers!

Opener
My last card was shabby chic and vintage.  I thought I would make a different statement with today's card.  I used the Sweet Floral Stamp because of its bold solid design.  It says "look at me!".  And I paired it with a vintage looking DSP (First Edition DSP), the Raven Lace Trim and Black Jewels from last year's Holiday Mini.

I used the new Cobbler Cherry Stampin' Emboss Powder and love it!  It's dark and rich looking and really makes a bold image.  I stamped the image on the First Edition Specialty Design Series Paper with Versamark, added the EP and set it with the Heat Tool.

It was layered with Basic Black Card Stock and Cherry Cobbler Card Stock (Base Card).

Don't forget about the contest going on right now.  I need a really, really good reason to get DD a sibling!  Click here for all the information.  I'm taking comments until 25 September 2011.

Thanks for stopping by today!

What a great image for stamping on the DSP. Love how the writing peeks through some of the flower petals. This is a bold & beautiful card!
