Hi Crafty Friends!

If you are a customer of mine or have requested a copy of the latest catalog, they are going out tomorrow. If you would like a copy and don’t have a demonstrator, please complete form here. I will get one out to you within the next couple of days.

For this beautiful celebration card, I started with a Berry Burst card base and layered embossed panels using the Stone & Vine 3D Embossing Folder, which gives the card that gorgeous textured look in a soft Basic Beige color. A strip of the Velvet Meadows DSP runs across the middle, adding a delicate floral pattern that ties the whole design together beautifully.

The focal point of the card is the bold Berry Burst flower bouquet, which I stamped, colored with Peaceful Pine on the stems and leaves, and then die cut to pop off the card front. The sentiment — “So many reasons to CELEBRATE” — is stamped in Berry Burst and sits perfectly on a torn-edge layer, giving it that soft, organic feel.

To finish things off, I scattered a few of the adorable Berry Burst Dreamy Flowers Embellishments across the card front for a little extra dimension and charm.

I always love finishing the inside of my cards just as thoughtfully as the outside! For this one, I kept it clean and simple with the Basic Beige cardstock panel that leaves plenty of room for a heartfelt message. A thin vertical strip of the Velvet Meadows DSP along the left side adds just the right touch of color and continuity, tying the inside beautifully to the front of the card. The matching Berry Burst envelope ties the whole package together and makes this card feel extra special before it’s even opened!
