Hi Stampin’ Friends
I’m using the Simply Sketched Clear Mount Stamp Set (Hostess exclusive). This beautiful set contains three sketches and three sentiments perfect for a lovely sympathy card, birthday card, or thank you card. The imagery is ideal for water coloring.
This card is for a dear friend of ours who lost his mother at age 99.
I used the new Oval Framelits to create the template from our Window Sheets. I like using the window sheets because you are able to see exactly where to place the oval – no guessing. I lightly sponged the oval using Coastal Cabana (love that color!). I then stamped the flower image with our Basic Black Classic Ink. I colored in the flowers using a blender pen and Coastal Cabana Classic Ink. The base card is Coastal Cabana Card Stock. A simple but elegant card – don’t you think?
