As a lover of all things purple, today’s card created with the gorgeous Stampin’ Up! Hydrangea Haven is one of my favorites! The gorgeous, gorgeous Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper is retiring soon. For a pop of color, I used the equally beautiful Hydrangea Hill Mercury Glass Acetate which is also retiring.
To begin with, I stamped the floral image twice with Highland Heather Ink using the Stamparatus. I then colored it lightly with the Water Painter and Highland Heather Ink to give it a soft effect. It was then die cut with the coordinating Hydrangea Dies.
The sprigs were die cut from the same pattern as the background using the coordinating Hydrangea Dies. I added a small bow from the retiring Snail Mail Twine Comb. The sentiment was stamped with Highland Heather Ink and fussy cut with our Paper Snips.
When I was putting the layers together, I ran across the retired Detailed Lace Sheets (I think that’s what it is called) and decided to add it to create more interest in the layering. You know I love to layer!
The following items from my card are retiring so if you want to buy any of them, please don’t wait until it’s too late.

Product List
I was looking at the products used but I do not see any dies from the Hydrangea suite on this card. It looks like the sunflower die and I’m not sure what the sprigs were cut from but I don’t see that die in the hydrangea die set either. I’m so confused looking at your product list and the card because they don’t seem to match your product list.
Hi Dee
I’m sorry, I listed the wrong die. It should be the Sun flower Dies #152704 $33.00. There are sprigs in the Sun Flower Dies.
