Hello my Stampin’ Friends
Create handmade cards for saying thanks, sending love, expressing sympathy, or just saying miss you! The Regal Flora Stamp Set has sentiments for all of these occasions along with beautiful floral and greenery images. These stamps have a special texture that makes it look like you watercolored them by hand, but all you need to do is stamp once. You’ll love the effect!
Today’s post features a handmade thank you card with a floral design from the Regal Flora Stamp Set. The main focus is the Basic White textured panel (embossed with the Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder) featuring Cherry Cobbler Ink flower stamps and Wild Wheat Ink leaf accents. A small white ribbon bow adorns the left side of the panel. The ribbon is a the retired Ribbons for all Seasons.
The card has a dark background with a floral pattern from the Regal Winter Designer Series Paper (DSP), creating a striking contrast with the central panel. The word “THANKS” is inked with Tuxedo Black on a small banner in the lower right corner of the white panel. Several small rhinestones or glitter dots (from the Adhesive Backed Sparkle Gems) are scattered around the design for added sparkle.
The overall style of the card is elegant and feminine, with a color scheme of Basic White, Cherry Cobbler and Wild Wheat against the darker floral background. The layered elements and mixed textures give the card depth and visual interest, making it a thoughtful and artistic expression of gratitude.
In the lower right corner, there’s a small floral image stamped in Cherry Cobbler and Wild Wheat colors. This tiny accent adds a lovely finishing touch to the design. The envelope flap is decorated with the same patterned paper (DSP) used on the card’s fron, creating a cohesive look.
