Thought I’d share this fantastic tip from Megan Daves:
Do you have trouble getting those gorgeous, teeny, sparkly rhinestones off their sheets with your fingernails? Do you lose those lustrous little pearls as they pop off? Ever tried to get a cute little epoxy sticker up only to find that you peeled the sticker off its sticky?
I bet you have a tool that can solve this problem right at your fingertips! Use your paper snips or your paper piercer tool!
Yes, that’s right – those teeny-pointed scissors are the key to getting those sticky little embellishments OFF their sheets and onto your project with no picking, peeling or popping.
Simply “snip” the tips UNDER the embellishment, lifting the adhesive and the embellishment in one. Then simply place your snip tips where you want to adhere your sparkler, open the snips and press down to adhere.
Or grab your paper piercer, slide it under the sticky and lift it up.
Easy peasy and no more ruined manicures!
