Did I say I was in a cutesy mode? Today’s card features the retired Party Pandas Stamp Set. I usually don’t hang onto my stamp sets after they retired but in some cases I do and this is one of them.
This card was made for our team color challenge on facebook. Below are the colors to be used in the challenge.
The background was created using the retired Brushstrokes Background stamp. If you don’t have the background stamp and want to use the same type of background, you can use a ruler and brush a line down the card stock. The angle of the brush on the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker determines the width.
I added Wink of Stella Brush to the balloon to give it a little glitz!
