Gather Together

I need a fall card for today’s post, so I reached for a retired stamp set that I haven’t given much love recently, — Country Livin‘. It’s a well used set and one of my all-time favorites.  It’s Simple, Pared down. Timeless. I paired it with the current Gather Together Stamp Set. I used the pumpkins from this set to add them to the back of the truck. I’d say… Read More »

Floral Essence

I saw a card on Pinterest that was so colorful I was inspired to make one like it. You almost need your dark glasses, ha, ha. I painted strips of colors on the watercolor paper using the colors Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, Mossy Meadow and Night of Navy inks using the retired Stampin’ Up! flat brush. The flowers and leaves from the Floral Essence Stamp Set were colored in using… Read More »

Are you thinking- what the heck is Casing? Copy And Share Everything! That’s Stampin’ Up’s definition of it and I think that pretty much sums it up! In crafting, we are all inspired by others. Maybe… Read More »

You Are The Best!

One of my favorite restaurants was closing permanently (Tea & Crumpet Room) and my granddaughter, Felicia, knew that I loved their Old Fashion Bake Potatoes and their orange rolls. She surprised me with an order for my husband and myself on the last day they were opened. I love that girl! Here’s a… Read More »

Forever Blossoms & The new Cutting Machine!

The gorgeous Forever Blossoms Stamp Set was used to create today’s card. I paired it with the retired Brights 6 x 6 Designers Series Paper. I used the Melon Mambo DSP from this stack. The sentiment is from the Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set. I colored the flowers using the Melon Mambo Stamping’ Write Marker. The leaves were colored using the Green Granny Apple Stampin’ Write Marker. To finish it… Read More »
