How was you Christmas? Are you glad it’s over? We went to my daughter Stephanie’s house for the day. Her husband is a chef and he made Christmas dinner. Was it ever delicious! We had Tamales (yes, he makes tamales!), Prime Rib with Béarnaise Sauce, Squash/Asparagus Veggies, Cranberry with oranges, sweet potato casserole, spiced peaches (home made, not store bought) and Banana Meringue Pie and Silk Chocolate Pie (also home made).
