One last Christmas card

Good Morning Stampers!

Ornament punch

I saved this card for the last because it's my Christmas card for this year and I wanted to make sure that my relatives and friends received this before I posted it to my blog.

Ornament-Card

The DSP is call Christmas Cocoa  and this sheet is gorgeous because it's flocked!  I think I will order some more even though Christmas is almost over because I think it would go beautifully as a Valentine card.  What do you think?

Ornament It was a very simple yet elegant card and it probably took about 15-20 minutes to put together.   I punched out the ornament using the ever versatile punch.  Have you seen the cards that feature this punch as a vase – beautiful!

I tied a simple bow using the Gold Elastic Cord from the Holiday Mini Catalog.

Eyelet I took at 3 1/2" x 5 1/4" strip of Whisper White card stock and punched both long sides using the Eyelet Border punch.

The sentiment "Merry Christmas" is from the Snow Swirled Stamp Set.

The ornament was then mounted on the Whisper White card stock using Stampin' Dimensionals.

Hope my relatives and friends love this card as much as I do.

The 12 days of Sales is over but you still have a chance to win the Free Stamp Set of the month which is the Charming Stamp Set from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  All you have to do is make a purchase through my online store – no minimum required – and your name will be entered into the drawing.  Winner will be announced on 1 January 2009.

And don't forget 20% discount on the retiring stamps sets from the Dormant List.  This offer is only good through me.  See all the details here…..  You can either go through my online store and I'll reimburse you the 20% via paypal or check or you can contact me and I'll send you an invoice.

And thinking of Christmas Cocoa – I'll think I'll retire with a nice hot cup of cocoa and a good book!

Rachel, this is a very pretty card. I’m certain your family and friends were thrilled over receiving it. And, yes, that would be perfect paper for Valentine’s Day too.

    Merry Christmas, Lisa
