Mini Catalog Mailing ProgramNeed a way to keep Stampin' Up!'s exclusive products fresh in your customers' minds? Need an efficient, cost-effective way to market Stampin' Up! products? The Mini Catalog Mailing Program lets you do just that! Here's how it works: With this program, we mail mini catalogs directly to your customers. We do this in two ways: you can either earn free minis based on your personal net sales during a performance period, or you can purchase these items at a small cost. Either way, we'll send them to your customers for you. Let's talk about how to earn those free minis: Performance Period Each mini has a specific performance period. In other words, your personal net sales from March 1 – June 30 (the Holiday Mini Catalog performance period) determines the number of free Holiday Mini Catalogs you earn. Here is a list of the dates of each mini catalog's performance period:

Choosing the Customers Who Receive Minis We've developed an online tool within Customer Manager called Mailing Selector that you can use to select those customers you want us to send minis to. Or you can use this tool to specify that we automatically send the minis you earn to your customers who purchase the highest amounts during the performance period. For each mini, there is a specific period of time you can use the Mailing Selector (see the table below for more information). Whether you want to send the free minis you've earned to customers or purchase them to send to customers, Mailing Selector is the tool you use. Access Mailing Selector through Customer Manager on the Customer Manager page. How Does the Mailing Selector Work? In Customer Manager during a Mailing Selector period, you'll see the Mailing Selector display as a box at the bottom of the page. In this box, you'll see how many mini catalogs you've earned. Mailing Selector accesses the customer information you enter when you submit orders. For this reason, it's important to enter complete customer information. With Mailing Selector, you have direct access (through your password) to your own portion of the customer database. This makes it easy to custom-design your own mailing list. What If I Didn't Earn Any Minis? What if you didn't earn any minis during a performance period? Or you want to send out more minis than you earned? No worries–you can purchase them in the Mailing Selector and have them mailed directly to your customers. Purchasing More Minis If you want to purchase mini catalogs in the Mailing Selector, or choose more than the number of free mini catalogs you've earned, we charge you $.85 per catalog. When purchasing, we do require a minimum charge of $4.25 (five mini catalogs). If you choose fewer than five mini catalogs, we will still charge you $4.25. If you choose more than five mini catalogs, we will charge you $.85 each. For Sale-A-Bration brochures, the cost is $.55 per brochure. When purchasing, we require a minimum charge of $2.75 (five brochures). If you choose fewer than five brochures, we will still charge you $2.75.
