It’s Monday and time for a masculine card. I’m beginning to realize that I do not have a lot of masculine stamp sets in my stash. So I’m using the same set that I used for my other grandson, Troy. Here’s the one I made for Troy The one below is for my grandson, David.
I stamped the image with Tuxedo Black, colored the body with the Ivory Stampin’ Blends Marker and paper pieced the shirt with the Peony Garden Designer Series Paper. The chair was colored in using the Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Marker. I then embossed it with the 3D Subtle Embossing Folder.
Both front panels were die cut with the retiring Stitched Rectangle Dies. I added 3 dots from the Matte Black Dots embellishments to the front panel. The background DSP is from the retired Plaid Tiding Designer Series Paper.
The following items from my card are retiring so if you want to buy any of them, please don’t wait until it’s too late.

I love your creativity, Rachel. Using the same paper on the shirt and background is very clever. The plaid gives a very masculine look. Great card for your grandson. Enjoy your day!
Thanks Hilda! Paper piecing is something I love to do especially for a girl’s card. I like to use DSP with flowers for them women in my family.
