I had been wanting to use a new toy I bought back in December after seeing it on a you tube video. The item is called a Snow Marker. It puffs up when you apply the Heat Gun.
I thought it would perfect for the little lamb in the Storybook Occasions Stamp Set.
I used the Spring Fill Prints for the background and for the balloon.
