Usually I start my post with “Saying Goodbye to ___ ____ Stamp Set” and make plans to sell these items after the new catalog goes live. In this case I’m keeping these little fellows because they are so stinkin’ cute! There are several whimsical stamps that I keeping such as Darlin’ Donkeys, Wildly Happy, Special Someone, etc. I’ve always bee a shabby chic type of person and love flower stamp sets but this last set of whimsical stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! are adorable.
The following items used in making the above project are retiring so if you want to buy any of them, please don’t wait until it’s too late.

The dotted background designer series paper is a retired item and this was the only piece I had so I don’t know the name of the paper. It is so colorful and happy that I knew it would be perfect for the zebra.
I wrapped the end of the thread around the foot of the zebra to anchor it. The thread is a Black embroidery thread that I separated so that it wouldn’t be too thick.
I lightly colored in the inside of the ear and mouth with the Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker and colored the ears, mouth and hooves with the Gray Granite Stampin’ Write Marker.
