Good Morning Crafters!
I guess you’ve noticed that my banner has changed and has apple blossoms on it. Symbols are a way to highlight the cultural and natural heritage of a state and in 1901 Arkansas named the Apple Blossom the state flower. Arkansas was at one time in its history a prime producer of apples in the northwest part of the state. And that is where I live – in gorgeous, beautiful Bella Vista, AR!❤️
I’m still working on my graphics so please bear with me while I correct any mistakes and/or design problems. Thanks!
I was working on this card before I switched and created a card for Breast Awareness Month and a pink pumpkin challenge by Kristine Rees. Here’s the card I made for that challenge!
So to continue with today’s project, I used the Hello Harvest Bundle with the gorgeous Sun Prints Designer Series Paper. I also threw in some Silver Foil Sheet leaves die cut from the Detailed Leaves Dies (from retired Gorgeous Leaves Bundle).
I really liked how the pumpkin turned out using the Sun Prints DSP.
I added a strip to the bottom of the inside of the card and to the flap of the envelopes. Love how everything coordinates – don’t you?
Thanks again for stopping by and spending a bit of your time with me. I hope you enjoyed learning about how this card came together. Hopefully you were even inspired just a bit.❤️
