I think that anyone whose birthday is on 23 December gets cheated for either their birthday or Christmas! But I do think Jimmy’s mom tries to make up for it. I’m glad mine is in May! Is your birthday close to Christmas or even Mother’s Day?
Today’s card is for my BFF’s son. I’ve been close to Becky since high school and as a result I’ve stayed in contact with her son Jimmy. He goes by the name of James but he will always be Jimmy to me. He has turned out to be such a fine man and I’m as proud of him as his mother is. Can’t believe he’s 49 years old! Becky and I had our first daughters together (a couple of months apart) and our sons together (also a couple of months).
