Hello my Stampin’ Friends!
Today’s card is for my son-in-law, Gary. Masculine cards are so hard for me so I usually wait until the last minute to make one. How easy it for you to make a “man” card?
The top panel showcases Old Olive cardstock as a textured background frame from the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, paired with Boho Blue Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper creating a stunning backdrop. The focal point features a classic circle from the Styish Shapes Dies in Basic Beige, where “Happy Birthday” is stamped in Boho Blue ink using the Unbounded Love Stamp Set.
The design incorporates a plaid pattern paper in Boho Blue, Old Olive, and Crumb Cake, which adds a wonderful masculine touch to the overall design. A delicate Boho Blue twine bow, from the 2023-2025 In Color Jute Trim, is tied beneath the sentiment label, adding a perfect decorative touch without being too fussy.
The botanical element appears to be cut using the Bough Punch in Old Olive cardstock, with small Boho Blue flower accents that complement the color scheme beautifully. The card is completed with perfect layering, including a Boho Blue mat and Basic Beige as the card base that frames the entire design.
The same DSP as used on the front is added to the inside of the card and envelope flap.
