Now on to today’s card. I’m using the Happiness Abounds Bundle to make a simple yet elegant card. With this set, you can create beautiful handmade cards and make someone’s day. The set also features all-occasion sentiments to celebrate those you love with greetings in various sizes as well as line-art floral images perfect for coloring.
The floral and leaf images were stamped with Tuxedo Black on Basic White Thick Cardstock. They were then die cut with coordinating dies from the Blossoming Happiness Dies. They were colored in using the following Stampin’ Blends
- Fresh Freesia for the flower
- Daffodil Delight for the flower
- Flirty Flamingo for the flower
- Granny Apple Green for the leaves
The panel was die cut using the coordinating die from the same set as the flowers. It was attached to the base card with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Next I cut the squares from the Stylish Shapes Dies and added them to the front of the card with Multi-purpose Liquid Glue.
Lastly, I added the roses which were cut with the coordinating die from the Blossoming Happiness Dies. I glued them to the front of the card with our Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. The greeting was stamped with Tuxedo Black on Basic White Thick Cardstock and then fussy cut with our Paper Snips.
I embossed the flap of the Basic White Medium Envelope with the Ornament Floral 3D Embossing Folder for a touch of elegance.
