I cased this card from Regina BD off of splitcoaststampers. Usually I am inspired by a card and don't copy exactly as is but change things around to make it my own. In this case, I copied it to the last detail – that's how much I loved this card! I kept trying to change it but it just didn't look as good as the original. Thanks Regina for the inspiration!
If you case a card from someone, do you usually copy as is? Or do you change it to make it your own.
The focus is on the Fan Fair Designer Series Paper. It was layered with More Mustard Card Stock and the base card is Island Indigo Card Stock – both are retiring this month.
Somehow the Vintage Faceted Designer Button got lost in the flowers from the 5/8" Flower Trim.
The sentiment, from the Teeny Tiny Wishes Stamp Set, was stamped with Island Indigo Ink on a scrap piece of Fan Fair Designer Series Paper and die cut using the Itty Bitty Banners Framelights.
The button was attached to the card using embroidery thread. I usually try and do this because in the past, the buttons have fallen off even when I use the MiniGlue Dots or Tombo Adhesive.
