To make this background, use Blue Lagoon Color Splash. Spritz a craft mat and then spritz with water. Place Color Splash Sheet (4 1/8 x 5 3/8) on it and press down. Lift up and let dry.
Stamp hot air balloon image with Black Licorice Ink on background. Stamp greeting with Black Licorice Ink onto Whip Cream Card Stock. Color in flowers with our Journey Color Burst Pencils.
Spritz background with Black Licorice and Whip Cream Silks before adding the greeting and Washi Tape.
