Today's card is for stamp camp scheduled for Wednesday, 10 March 2010. I decided to use the Good Neighbors Clear Mount Stamp Set which is FREE with a $50.00 purchase. The paper is from the Welcome Neighbor Designer Series Paper Pad also FREE with a $50.00 purchase.
This thick pad (72 sheets of 24 double-sides designs) of 6" x 6" paper is designed to coordinate with the Good Neighbors Stamp Set.
The house was stamped on Whisper White card stock with Rose Red Classic Ink. The roof was stamped with Old Olive Classic Ink. One of the things I like about this set is that there are 3 different houses and 3 different roofs so that you can interchange the houses and roofs – very cool!
The sentiment is from All The Holidays Stamp Set. It was stamped on Whisper White card stock with Rose Red Classic Ink and punched out with the Word Window Punch. The 2nd layer (Rose Red card stock) was punched out with the Modern Label Punch.
The card was finished off with Old Olive Grosgrain Ribbon and Silver Brads. I like using ribbon to complete a project because it's a quick and inexpensive embellishment. The brad is from the Stylized Silver Hodgepodge Hardware. The kits come in Very Vanilla and Stylized Silver finishes and contain over 200 pieces of hardware (an assortment of holders and brads).
