I’m at the convention, so I don’t have all the information on how I made this card!
Recently a long time customer moved back to Wisconsin (brrrrrrr). The ladies in the group and I bought her all the 2015-2017 colors and accessories as a good by gift and I made this card for her. This is not a Stampin’ Up! stamp but I love it and had some much fun coloring it!
I paper pieced the dress on the left side of the card using a retired Stampin’ Up! DSP but I can’t remember the name of it. The other ladies were colored in using the blendabilities.
