I need a fall card for today’s post, so I reached for a retired stamp set that I haven’t given much love recently, — Country Livin‘. It’s a well used set and one of my all-time favorites. It’s Simple, Pared down. Timeless.
I paired it with the current Gather Together Stamp Set. I used the pumpkins from this set to add them to the back of the truck. I’d say that farmer grew some giant pumpkins! To get the splatter around the truck, I used the Water Painter with a little watered down Pumpkin Pie Ink.
The image was stamped with Black Tuxedo Ink. The truck was colored using the Night of Navy Light Stampin’ Blends. The grill and other metal parts on the truck were colored in using the Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. I used Wink of Stella on the metal parts to make them more realistic. I colored the pumpkins with the Pumpkin Pie (what else?) Stampin’ Blends. I used the Color Lifter Blends Marker to lighten some areas of the pumpkins.
