The From My Heart Stamp Brush Set was one of the downloads for Tuesday, 21 August 2012. Even though I have the stamp set, I decided to purchase it because of the new capability in MDS2 that lets you color in all the individual parts of the digital image.

With the new MDS2, you are able to add more than one color to a stamp image. As you can see I colored in the sentiment using Cajun Craze, Midnight Muse, Pool Party and Summer Starfruit. That is so much better than coloring the stamp with your markers! Sometimes when you are coloring in the image with a lot of colors, you either missed a part or you run two colors together (and sometimes ruining the lighter marker!).
Have you noticed the 3 1/2" Scalloped Tulle Ribbon on page 4 of the Holiday Catalog? It's is so gorgeous and I love how it feels! I bought all three colors (Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso) and will be using them for holiday cards.
I used the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder for the Background to add to the vintage look. I'm trying to pull out the items I haven't used in a while and incorporating them with the newer stamps. And the Framed Tulips Embossing Folder is just too pretty to have it tucked away.
