The Floral Statements Stamp Set includes large detailed images that gives a big impact with a delicate softness at the same time. Makes a solid impact as they are, or perfect for trying all the different coloring tools Stampin’ Up! has to offer.
For today’s card, I decided to use a simple soft watercolor approach.
I stamped the floral image with Night of Navy Classic Ink on Whisper White Card Stock. While it was still wet, I carefully pulled color from the flowers and leaves with an Aqua Painter. If you wait until it dries, you cannot pull as much ink.
I then layered the image with Silver Foil Sheets and then adhered to the base card (Night of Navy Card Stock) with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Added sequins from the retired Silver Sequin Trim to give it a little bling.
