For today’s card, I created a card with the Floral Heart Dies and paired it with the gorgeous Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper (DSP). I then decided to turn it into a birthday card for a sister that I love very much.
Card Measurements:
- Base card (Evening Evergreen Cardstock): 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″
- Next Layer (Fresh Freesia Cardstock): 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″
- Next Layer (Pansy Petals DSP): 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Front Panel (Basic White Cardstock): 4 1/2″ x 3 1/4″
- Floral Heart (Pansy Petals DSP): 4 1/2″ x 4″
- Sentiment (Basic White Cardstock): 4″ x 3/4″
What I did:
- Base Card: Fold in half using a Bone Folder for a sharper crease.
- Fresh Freesia CS: Adhere to base card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Pansy Petals DSP: Adhere to base card
- Add ribbon as shown in picture
- Front Panel: Emboss with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and attached to front of card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Pansy Petals DSP: Die Cut with heart die from Floral Hearts Dies.
- Sentiment: Stamp sentiment with Evening Evergreen Ink and attach to front of card.
- Embellishments: Add rhinestones from the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels

I love the Pansy Petals DSP for the heart frame and the gingham background layer. So pretty! Enjoy your day, Rachel.
Hi Hilda
Always love hearing from you! I thought the combination of the gingham and flowers were went well together. The flowers in the Pansy Petals DSP are so colorful and pretty!
