Today’s card features the Dragonfly Garden stamp set part of the Dandy Garden Project Collection and from the upcoming January-June 2021 Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog. This is an extra early sneak peek at some new goodies that will be available to order in January!
To begin, I stamped the script image from the retired Very Versailles Stamp Set in Bubblebee Ink on Whisper White Cardstock (5 1/4″ x 4″). I then stamped the flower image and greeting from the Dragonfly Garden Stamp Set with Misty Moonlight Ink. I embossed the front panel using the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder to give it a little bit of texture.
Next step was to stamp the dragonfly stamp on Whisper White Cardstock (2 1/2″ x 2 l/2″). I punched it out with the new Dragonfly Punch and adhered it to the front panel with the Foam Adhesive Strips.
The base card (Whisper White Thick Cardstock 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″) was folded in half using the Bone Folder for a sharp crease. The next layer (Misty Moonlight Cardstock 5 3/8″ x 4 1/8″) was adhered to the base card with our liquid glue. Final step is to add the front panel (Whisper White Cardstock 5 1/4″ x 4″) to the card.
