My husband and I went for a hike yesterday and the weather was gorgeous! My two favorite seasons of the year are Spring and Fall. But I love Spring the most of all. It means the days are warmer, the flowers have started to bloom, there are baby animals everywhere and it’s baseball season.
For today’s post, I decided to use one of the cute images from the Springtime Joy Stamp Set. This adorable set will retire on 3 May 2021 or when the supply is gone.
I paired this set with the Flowers for Every Seasons DSP, the Layering Squares Dies, the Polka dot Tulle Ribbon and the Snail Mail Twin Combo Pack. They are also retiring this year.
Product ListThe lamb was stamped with Basic Gray Ink and colored with a Water Painter using the same ink. I lightly colored the cheeks with Blushing Bride Ink. The flowers with Blushing Bride Ink and the leaves with Just Jade Ink. I fussy cut the lamb with our Paper Snips.
The square panel was die cut with the Layering Squares Dies and then die cut with the Stitched Whimsy Dies. For the background, I added a left-over strip of patter paper from the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper. I then embossed it with the retiring 3D Subtle Embossing Folder.
Thanks for stopping by today
