Hi Stampers

I am such a happy camper!  It has started to cool down in our area and I heard it may even be in the 80's tomorrow!  Doesn't take much to make me happy!

 
You probably get tired of me saying "I love this set!"  I can't help it – I love so many of the sets in the new catalog.  And this one will be one of my favorites.  Love the eclectic look to the Creative Elements Stamp Set.  This is the original reason why I became a demonstrator – access to all the gorgeous stamps!

I was trying a technique and even if it didn't come out, the card came out gorgeous anyway.  What do you think?  You can't really see the Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint I put on the tips of the flower unless you squint your eyes and hold the card at an angle to see the shimmer, ha, ha!

I stamped the floral image with Elegant Eggplant Classic Ink and then sponged the tips of the flower with the shimmer paint and a Sponge Dauber onto Very Vanilla Card Stock.

The upper right and lower left were stamped with Old Olive Classic Ink using the flourish image from the same stamp set.

 I used the splatter ink image from the Extreme Elements Stamp Setand stamped it in Old Olive Classic Ink.

The butterfly is from the Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die.   I added bling using the Basic Rhinestone Jewels Accents to the body of the butterfly.  The embossing on the Old Olive Card Stock is the Elegant Lines Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.

I added Elegant Eggplant 1/2" Scalloped Dots Grosgrain Ribbon to the bottom of the card.  The sentiment was stamped with Elegant Eggplant Classic Ink, punched out using the Extra Large Oval Punch and layered on the Elegant Eggplant Card Stock which was punched out using the Decorative Label Punch.
