Good Afternoon my Stampin’ Friends
And the gorgeous weather continues! I hope you are having nice weather in your area.
To recreate this handmade card, you’ll need cardstock in Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Basic White, leaf and stem die-cuts and embossing tools for creating texture on the white background. You’ll also need a small sentiment stamp or stickers for the message, and some small rhinestones or pearls for embellishment.
Begin by creating the Pretty Peackcock Cardstock card base and cutting a slightly smaller Basic White Cardstock panel. Emboss the white panel with the Hybrid Changing Leaves Embossing Older. Next, arrange and adhere the die-cut leaf/twig elements on the white panel, layering them to create depth.
Finally, stamp or adhere the sentiment “a little note to brighten your day” on a small white die-cut label and attach it to the bottom of the card. Add a few small rhinestones or pearls for a touch of sparkle. Mount the finished white panel onto the teal card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals for dimension.
I used the two small die cuts (from the same large leaf die) for the inside of the card and the envelope for a more cohesive look.
