This charming Easter card features a watercolor-style illustration of a brown bunny wearing a green bow tie, standing amid spring greenery and flowers. The artwork is framed in an ornate green border with a textured cream background that resembles brick or stone. “Easter Greetings” is elegantly displayed at the top of the image. The card uses a layered design with multiple dimensions, combining green, cream, and soft blue plaid patterns. The overall aesthetic blends vintage charm with delicate craftsmanship.
The base card is made from Crumb Cake Cardstock, measuring 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, folded in half using a bone folder to create a sharp crease. The next layer features Timeless Plaid 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (DSP). Layer #2 consists of Crumb Cake Cardstock that has been embossed with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder to add texture.
Layer #3 is crafted from Old Olive Cardstock cut using the Textured Notes Dies. The picture frame was created with the Storybook Friends Dies. The interior image comes from the Storybook Moments 12″ x 12″ DSP, while the sprigs and grass are die-cut elements from the same DSP collection.
The “Easter Greetings” text is from the Storybook Friends Stamp Set and was stamped with Old Olive Ink. It was carefully cut out by hand using Paper Snips.
The left side picture shows the inside of the card, where a strip of the same DSP used on the front is attached to the bottom of the Basic Beige cardstock panel. A small die cut from the Special Moments DSP is also included. The right side picture displays the envelope flap, which uses the identical DSP to create a more cohesive overall look.
