I used the retired Color Spritzer Tool (one of my favorite tools) to add a little color to the background.  If you don’t have one, you can also use the splatter image… Read More »

Stampin’ Up! Love & Sympathy

Today’s card features the Love & Sympathy Clear Mount Stamp set.I wanted a watercolor effect so I colored the flower image with Old Olive for the leaves and stems and Rich Razzleberry for the flower.  I then lightly spritzed it with the Stampin’ Spritzer (filled with water) and then stamped the image onto Naturals White Card Stock. You think a card like this would take five minutes or so –… Read More »

Stampin’ Up! Regarding Dahlia

This past Saturday, I had a private class at Anna’s house (customer).  She lives in Holiday Island, Arkansas.  It’s a beautiful retirement community north of Eureka Springs, AR. Though the group was small, it was so much fun and the ladies enjoyed themselves.  For me, it is so exciting to show someone who has never stamped how easy it is to make a beautiful handmade card. Because they were beginners,… Read More »
