Beautiful Wings

Hi Stampers   Today's card features the gorgeous Beautiful Wings Embosslits Die. This chemically-etched die cuts and embosses beautiful wings at the same time. I cased the card that is on page 197 of the 2011/2012 Idea Book & Catalog.  I'd been admiring it for a while and finally got around to making it.  I changed it slightly to make it my own. Hi Stampers I hope everyone who is in the path of Irene is safe.  I cannot image what it would be like to go through something like that.  I finally got around to casing a card that Shelli Gardner demonstrated at convention.  Isn't it the most beautiful card ever?   I just love her style of creating. Engraved Greetings & Blog Candy

Stampers  Today's card is a hybrid masculine Happy Birthday Card.  I wanted a bold look to it with strong robust colors.  I decided to use Engrave Greeting Stamp Brush Set: a six-piece stamp brush set including overlays. Love the bold look with the vintage style.  I paired it with Nautical Expendition Designer Series Paper from the Summer Mini Catalog and used the colors Cherry Cobbler and Early Espresso.  The sentiment was… Read More »
