Happy Birthday Rachel

Today’s post features a birthday card for my granddaughter, Rachel.  She has two boxers she absolutely adores and I thought she would like a birthday card from them. Their names are Quorra and Cletus (Quorra is from the movie Tron and Cletus is just a good old country name). The images are from Goggle images and the greeting is computer generated.  The background paper is from the new RSVP Printed… Read More »

Goodbye Let’s Ride

It’s time to say goodbye to another favorite called the Let’s Ride ATS Stamp.  They don’t have a motorcycle stamp in the new catalog so I may keep it instead of selling it. This card is for a friend who loved to ride but has since given it up.  I thought it would bring a smile to his face because I’ve also included the word “Route 66” on the front… Read More »

Goodbye Gone Surfing

The amazing Going Surfing Stamp Set will no longer be available after 30 June 2018.  So if you would like a set, buy it before then.  Click here to shop my online store. For today’s post, I made this card for my grandson Tanner.  He lives in Ventura (rated high for surfing) and thought this card would be perfect for him. The woody was colored in using Green Olive, River… Read More »

Summer Rose

Today’s card features the beautiful Summer Rose Stamp Set.  In case you are wondering about the printed paper, it’s from some paper I ordered for my background when taking pictures of the cards.  If you are familiar with Amazon, then you know that you get way more than a person could want or need (ha, ha).  Decided to use it on some cards. The rose image was stamped several times… Read More »

Goodbye Birthday Chubbies

Goodbye Birthday Chubbies – I hardly knew you!  This stamp set is retiring on 30 June 2018 and this is the 1st time I’ve had a chance to use it.  Not to worry  – I will definitely be keeping this set. The adorable images were colored in using the Bubble Gum, Banana Cream and River Stone Reinkers, Fusion Blender and a Blending Brush.  They are supposed to be balloons but… Read More »

Pup in a Cup

Today’s card features the retiring Pocket Pup ATS Stamp and the retiring Tea Time Bundle.  The Tea Time Bundle has sold out but the Pocket Pup ATS stamp is still available for only $8.95.  To order your stamp, click here In the actual stamp, the pup is peeking out of a pocket but I decided to modify it to sit inside a tea cup.  This card is for my granddaughter,… Read More »

Stay Wild

My team mate, Barbara Miller, and I challenge each other once a month to use a certain stamp set.  We alternate picking the stamp set and/or colors.  This month is was just the stamp set called Stay Wild. Though I used watercolor inks, I was able to use the Butter Cream Card Stock because I didn’t saturate the panel too much.  The mountains were made combining Dark Roast Silk and… Read More »

Goodbye to Wonderful Day

It’s time to say goodbye to another gorgeous stamp set Wonderful Day.  This is one of the first stamp set I purchased when I become a coach a year ago. The color for this card was decided when I came upon a piece of the Beach Ball Satin Ribbon.  It was left over from one of the bloom boxes (I think!). I stamped the image in Beach Ball Ink and… Read More »

Happy Birthday Cissy!

Today’s my granddaughter’s senior Prom and tomorrow is her birthday so I thought I’d make her a card that celebrated both very important occasions. I used a non FSJ stamp for Cissy’s card but everything else is Fun Stamper Journey products.  The print on her dress is from the retiring (and no longer available) Spring Filled Prints. I had so much fun making this card – I love to fussy… Read More »
