Who doesn’t love these cute adorable whimsical squirrels from Stampin’ Up! I do, I do! I happen to love all the whimsical images in this year’s annual catalog and mini catalogs! I absolutely adored the Counting Sheet Stamp Set and dies from the Sale-a-Bration Brochure and I hope they bring it back for next year’s annual catalog. For today’s card, I’m using the Nuts About Squirrels Stamp Set. I still… Read More »

Pretty Pumpkins with a Homestyle Look

Yep, that’s exactly what we have when you pair the Pretty Pumpkins Bundle with the retired gingham pattern from the Brights 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper (DSP) 2019-2020 Stampin’ Up! catalog. I’ve always loved gingham which is why I’ll keep this DSP and use it every now and then. The base card is the Basic White Thick Cardstock. The background layer is Basic White Cardstock which was embossed with… Read More »

Intricate Leaves and new Host Code

Today’s card features the Intricate Leaves Dies from the Gorgeous Leaves Stamp Bundle. Love this bundle because of all beautiful natural cards you can make with this set. It’s perfect for fall and all the seasons of the year! I paired it with the Beauty of the Earth designer Series Paper (DSP). The DSP was used for the large leaf and envelope flap. I created the background with the retired… Read More »

Nature’s Harvest Pop-up Box

Today’s blog post features the Nature’s Harvest Bundle. Along with touching sentiments that have a classic font style, this stamp set also includes botanical images that have a timeless feel. I paired it with the coordinating Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper which offers natural floral and botanical imagery along with background patterns. I made this pop up card in answer to a team challenge to create a 3D project. Card… Read More »

Is it Halloween or is it Thanksgiving?

This started out as a Halloween card and a spooky one at that. Half way through this card I had to run some errands and didn’t get back to it until the next day. I started to think how cute the pumpkins from Pretty Pumpkins Stamp Set would look in front of the trees from the Welcoming Woods Stamp Set. Has that happened to you? Where you change your mind… Read More »

Nature’s Harvest – a Fun Card to Make

Fun with the Nature’s Harvest Bundle by Stampin’ Up! I used to think cone flowers came in only pink but I’ve learned since that they come in yellow, pink and purple. For today’s card, I’m making it yellow cone flowers because it reminds me of fall. I paired it with Cajun Craze and So Succulent, two of my favorite colors for Autumn. Card Measurements: Base card: Soft Succulent Cardstock 8… Read More »

Pretty Pumpkins in Blue

For today’s card, I decided to create a card using the Pretty Pumpkins Bundle. The stamp set features pumpkins, vines, and leaves images that are designed to be stamped and layered. The vines are mirror images so you can stamp a long or short line of pumpkins and bookend them with the vines.  The die set includes open dies for solid pumpkins and textured and intricate pumpkins. What I did:… Read More »

Pretty Pumpkins

Falls coming! Though it’s still in the high 80’s during the day in our area, it’s in the 50-60’s at night. Yay! In celebration, I decided to make a fall card using the Pretty Pumpkin Stamp Set Bundle. When making a card, I usually select my stamp set first and then the designer series paper (if I’m going use some). The DSP will determine what colors I will be using… Read More »
