Today’s project features the oh so lovely Wildflower Path Stamp Set from the January – June 2022 Mini Catalog. Yesterday on my Facebook group, I posted the following meme:

And sure enough, I made a mistake on the card I was making. It was either throw it away or put an embellishment on it. Luckily I had the Bumblebee Trinkets still out from another project and covered up my mistake!

Today’s card is a slimline card with an envelope in celebration of the 1st day of Spring. Yes, I know that today is the 2nd day of Spring but I made the card yesterday!😊

First think I did was to punch out a 2″ circle from a post-it note using the Layering Circles Dies. I then used the negative note to sponge on Balmy Blue Ink with a Sponge Brush.
I used Old Olive ink
- For the leaves, stems and grass
For the flowers, I used:
- Bumblebee Ink
- Fresh Freesia Ink
- Poppy Parade Ink
- Magenta Madness Ink
Here’s the envelope I made using the retired Flower & Field Designer Series Paper

I added a die cut label from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies for the address.

This is the back of the envelope.

Thanks for stopping by today. Have a great week!
