- Please e-mail me your order and I'll send you an invoice with the total owed. You can then pay me via cc, paypal or check. If it is a check, it must reach me by Monday, 26 November 2012.
- Order online and I will reimburse you for taxes and shipping via paypal, check or credit towards next purchase. Just let me know how you want to be reimbursed.
