Did I tell you I love the Baby Bear Stamp Set?  He is such a cute adorable bear – reminds me of the vintage bears!

I purposely left the greeting off (I do in most of my cards) because I wasn’t sure whether to make a happy birthday, a get well card or a welcome baby card.

The background is a Night of Navy watercolor wash and the bear was stamped with Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede.

I used the (retired) Silver Cording for the balloon and the silver hearts are a non-SU item.
