Good Afternoon my Stampin’ Friends!
Today’s card showcases a handmade greeting card with an autumn theme using the Autumn Leaves Stamp Set and Dies and Pretty Peacock/Crumb Cake Cardstock.
The card has a Pretty Peacock background with a subtle swirling pattern (Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder) In the center is a circular Crumb Cake shape with decorative edges from the Spotlight on Nature Dies.
Surrounding the central circle are various decorative elements that evoke autumn. There are die-cut leaf shapes in Crumb Cake, Pretty Peacock and Oxidized Copper Cardstock, some twiggy branches from Crumb Cake Cardstock, and a strip of Burlap Ribbon and Pretty Peacock & Gold Ribbon peeking out from behind the circle.
The overall design is layered and textured, giving the card a rich, handcrafted appearance.
The inside features an autumn leaf die cut made from Pretty Peacock cardstock, which has been embossed using the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. This embossing technique adds texture and visual interest to the leaf. To create a cohesive look, the same embossing folder was used on the envelope flap, tying the envelope design to the card itself.
