It's time to begin your legacy of leadership, and we're here to help! You may be familiar with the Ready, Set, Start program for new demonstrators. And, at Leadership 2011 in Nashville, we introduced the next level of training-Ready, Set, Lead!
Based on the five pillars of leadership (inspire, communicate, empower, celebrate, and unify) this exciting program is designed to boost confidence and empower Stampin' Up! leaders at all levels. The program consists of 15 newsletters full of training, tips, and manageable checklists that foster a fun and rewarding upline experience.
The Ready, Set, Lead program is designed to support you as you expand your downline. Starting January 24, 2011, when you recruit a demonstrator to your downline, you will automatically receive your own Ready, Set, Lead newsletters over the following six months. Experienced leaders as well as first-time uplines will benefit from the rich information and guidance offered by this opportunity. Yet another great reason to recruit!
