Today’s post features a non-SU stamp. The collection is called Angie’s girls.
The dress was paper pierced using the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper. I also make one of the balloons with the same DSP.
I painted the girl’s skin using a copic marker. The shoes and top of the dress was colored in using the Blushing Bride Stampin’ Write Marker. The hair in So Saffron Stampin’ Write Marker. I added Wink of Stella to the balloons.
