This Treasures of Life Stamp Set retired last year but this is the first time I’ve used it. I paired it with the Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper because I love the soft colors in this.

This set is one I will not get rid of. Grandparents stamps sets from Stampin’ Up! are far and few in between and I’m hanging on to this one.

The image was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink and then colored in with Stampin’ Blends. I used Smoky Slate for the hair, Light Petal Pink for the skin and Soft Suede for the baby’s hair.

The shirt was paper pieced using the Friendly Hello DSP. The original background panel of the Friendly Hello DSP did not have any coloring other than the Pool Party background. I colored in all the flowers with Fresh Fresia, Daffodil Delight, and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. The leaves were filled in with the Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends.

The sentiment was stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink and then fuss cut with the Paper Snips. The ribbon is from the Ornate Garden Ribbon Pack. I dotted around the image with the Fresh Freesia Stampin’ Write Marker just to give it a little interest.

Thanks for stopping by today – have a great week!
