I don’t have anyone in mind for this card but it never hurts to have extra birthday cards on hand! I stamped the sentiment with Versamark then heat set it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I wanted the sentiment in gold to match the gold balloons on the Birthday Bash Designer Series Paper.
This card probably took all of 10 minutes to make. Having coordinating die cuts such as the Banner Framelits and using them to cut out the sentiment and striped banner is so much less time consuming than using scissors.
I also wanted the banners to pop out at the bottom so I only added the Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the top portion of both banners.
