Good Morning Stampers
Hope you had a wonderful weekend. If you are snowed in, hope you are able to stamp to pass the time away. I know that's what I would do if I was snowed in. Any reason to stamp, right?
Today's card is one of the ones the ladies will be making at stamp camp on Wednesday, 17 February 2010. The stamp is from Abundant Hope (available in the Occasions Mini). Beautiful stamp set!
The flower was colored in using Pale Plum, Perfect Plum and Certainly Celery Stampin' Write Markers.
After coloring in the image, I made a template using the Scallop Oval Die cut. I placed it over the image and lightly sponged around the edges using the Stampin' Sponges and Creamy Caramel Classic Ink.
The sentiment was stamped with Perfect Plum Classic Ink. Since this is a clear mount stamp, it is so easy to place it exactly where you want it!
Since this card is going to my Aunt Rachel in California, I thought I would embellish the inside. Did you know that there are 4 generations of Rachels in my family? There's my Aunt Rachel, me, my niece Rachel, and my granddaughter Rachel.
