A Card for Anna – Sneak Peek

By | December 16, 2012

Hi Stampin’ Friends

Today’s card is for my sister-in-law, Anna, who is going through chemo right now.  I wanted to give a beautiful lady a beautiful card!

I used the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper from the Spring Catalog.  This DSP is absolutely beautiful and “just my cup of tea”!  I love the shabby chic look of it.  Please note:  Stampin’ Up! has added the coordinating color card stock to the back of each package.  We’ve been asking for this for a couple of years and they finally delivered!  WHOOOHOOO!

DSC01521I also used the Needlepoint Border Embossing Folder from the Spring Catalog on a strip of Lucky Limeade Card Stock.  I added the new 5/8″ Flower Trim from the same catalog.  The vintage dimensional flowers are gorgeous!

Anna’s name was printed on Very Vanilla Card Stock using My Digital Studio 2.  I then stamped the frame in Lucky Limeade – it’s from the Four Frames Clear Mount Stamp Set.  It was punched out using the Decorative Label Punch.

DSC01520I also embossed the inside of the card using the Needlepoint Border Embossing Folder on Very Vanilla Card Stock.

All of these items will be available for purchase on 3 January 2013.  If you are a customer of mine, you should have received your copy of the Spring Catalog by now.  If you have not, please let me know and I’ll get one out to you.

If you are not a customer and don’t have a demonstrator, please send me an e-mail and I’ll send you one.

Thanks for stopping by today
