Autumn Harvest

Hi Stampers

Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

Opener

Autumn is the perfect time for many people to go outside.  Today's card which features the Autumn Harvest Stamp Set captures the rustic, homey feel of being outside at harvest time.   It's perfect for watercoloring!

The pumpkin and leave images were stamped with Basic Black Classic ink on watercolor paper.  I then watercolored them using Pumpkin Pie, More Mustard and Cajun Craze Classic Ink and an aqua painter.  I added a little bit of Old Olive to the gourd and leaves.  I cut them out and added to the card using stampin' dimensionals to give the card a little pop!

I got the idea for the hemp twine from Gretchen Barron.  Twist a little bit of wet twine around a pencil and when it dries, it'll retain the loops (for lack of a better word!).

Don't forget about the Free Stamp Set of the Month Club.  This month's stamp set is the Clear Mount Vintage Labels.  To be entered into the drawing, all you have to do is order online from my Stampin' Store – no minimum purchase required.

Thanks for stopping by today
