Hi Stampers
I'm still not feeling that great but at least I have antibiotics now and on the road to recovery. Thanks for all your well wishes – you guys are the best!
Something happened this morning that made me feel such better!
My BFF in Arkansas, Jane, stopped by and left me some chocolate (Chocolates are a girl's best friend! – at least this girl). She brought me homemade fudge, two books by some of my favorite authors, a book mark and a snuggy! Now how's that for making a person feel better!
Thank you so much Jane – Love you!
I perked up enough to make this card
The Be My Valentine stamp set has turned out to be one of all time favorite stamp sets. I love the design on the valentine which reminds me of the vintage look.
I stamped the image with VersaMark on Real Red Card Stock, applied Stampin' Clear Emboss Powder and heat set with the Heat Tool. The 3 little hearts were made using the Heart to Heart Punch. The pattern paper is Sending Love Specialty Designer Series Paper retired from last year.
The Naturals Ivory Card Stock was embossed using the Vintage WallpapervEmbossing Folder (another favorite). The base card is Real Red Card Stock
Before I forget, December 2010's Free Stamp Set of the Month was Thanks for Caring from the Occasions Mini and the winner was Sandy Ross. I've sent Sandy her stamp set – just forgot to post it on this blog.
The Free Stamp Set of the Month for January is Eat Chocolate from the Occasions Mini. If you would like a chance to win this stamp set, all you have to do is place an online order (any amount) and your name is entered automatically.
Thanks for stopping by today.
