Sincere Salutations

Hi Stampers

 Opener
My stamping coach, John, challenged us to use one of our oldest (current) stamp sets in our inventory.  For me, it was a toss up between Sincere Salutations and Lovely as a Tree.  I decided to use Sincere Salutations since it's always been a favorite and a "go to" sentiment stamp set.

I also decided to use the Doily Triple Layer Punch from the Summer Mini Catalog to create the flowers and an Antique Brad was added to add to the vintage look.  The layers are from the Springtime Vintage DSP from the Occasions Mini Catalog which is still a favorite of mine!  The sentiment was stamped with Rose Red Classic Ink on the Soft Suede Card Stock (base card).

The layers at the bottom of the card (Rose Red, Springtime Vintage DSP and Very Vanilla Card Stock) were punched out using the Scallop Trim Border Punch.  The Victoria 5/8" Crochet Trim completed the antique look.

The Sincere Salutations Stamp Set are simple stamps and can be used to  celebrate and sympathize with those you love. Sometimes the short messages say so much.  This stamp set has been around for a while and it may or may not be on the Last Chance List so if you are thinking about buying the set, now is the time to do it!

Thanks for stopping by today!
