Today’s card is for my son-in-law, David’s birthday, who loves to grill. Did I ever tell you that there used to be five Davids in our immediate family? My hubby, his son, my son-in-law, his father and last, my grandson, David Ray Bradford III!
I am sure glad that Stampin’ Up! made the King of the Grill available as a digital download because it’s always been a favorite. I printed it out on Whisper White Card Stock using My Digital Studio. Colors used on the image were: Cherry Cobbler Assortment Blendabilities, Smokey Slate Assortment Blendabilities, Skin Tone Assortment Blendabilities, Old Olive Stampin’ Write Marker, Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Write Marker, Soft Sky Stampin’ Write Marker, Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker, Crushed Curry Stampin’ Write Marker
The pattern paper is from the Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper. I wanted to add his name to the front but the letters I had were too large (retired die cut set), so I ended up using only the “d”.
The base card is Lost Lagoon card Stock and was embossed using the Chevron Embossing Folder.
